Mary Bartlett

Mary A. Bartlett is President and Co-Founder of SafeLink Consulting Inc., an internationally recognized regulatory compliance consulting firm. Since 1991, Mary has actively participated as a presenter and on-site instructor to dental professional audiences throughout the US, Canada, and Asia. The subject matter of her presentations have included employee health and safety, patient safety, patient privacy, and quality assurance.

Ms. Bartlett has gained this knowledge as she has served in various capacities in private industry as a risk manager as well as becoming an Authorized Trainer under OSHA’s Outreach Program through courses at Georgia Institute of Technology. Throughout Mary’s career she has received education specific to infection control in dentistry by membership in OSAP and also by attending courses presented by top dental infection control professionals. In 2002 Mary contributed to the information that was published by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the MMWR released in December 2003 Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care settings. She is a frequent contributor to articles published in a number of the national dental magazines on the topic of infection control.

Gary Morgan, CDT, CQA/ASQ

Gary D. Morgan is Vice-President and Co-Owner of SafeLink Consulting Inc., an internationally recognized regulatory compliance consulting firm.  Since 1989, Gary has actively participated as a presenter and on-site instructor to dental professional audiences throughout the US, Mexico, and Asia.  The subject matter of his presentations has included employee health and safety, patient safety, patient privacy, and quality assurance.

Gary has gained this knowledge as he has served in various capacities in private industry as a dental laboratory owner and Certified Dental Technician, as well as becoming an Authorized Trainer under OSHA’s Outreach Program through courses at Texas A&M University’s OSHA training institute and Georgia Institute of Technology. Gary received education specific to infection control in dentistry by membership in OSAP and also by attending courses presented by top dental infection control professionals. Gary is a Certified Quality Auditor by the American Society for Quality.

He has managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls, driven organizational scale through both organic growth and M&A, and built high-performance teams across the U.S. and international markets. His expertise bridges business strategy with deep technical acumen, enabling him to translate complex regulatory and security requirements into clear, actionable steps that organizations can confidently implement.

Matt is also active in the broader cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and compliance ecosystem. He serves on advisory boards focused on emerging technology and risk governance initiatives, holds industry credentials, and frequently speaks at national healthcare, cybersecurity, and compliance forums.
